145 crimes on her record, but Laura can’t stop stealing

Laura Kaufman is a congenital thief.
The 39-year-old has 145 criminal convictions and Vancouver police fear she is out and about – most likely prowling around schools, hospitals or some other public place where she can lift a wallet or something of value.
“She has been convicted of going into schools, hospitals, locker rooms and workplaces and stealing wallets. She typically goes to a bank within an hour and uses the victim’s credit card to obtain cash,” cops said.
Normally Kaufman, who also uses the last name ‘Kozinoski’ is a resident of Victoria.
She is prohibited from entering any elementary or high school.
Kaufman is white, about 5′-5″ tall, 135 lbs., with blonde hair, blue eyes and a tattoo on her left ring finger.
Police said she was arrested on May 1st in a school and again on May 2nd in a grocery store.
Anyone who sees Kaufman or has information about her whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
