WASHINGTON—James Wenneker Von Brunn, 89, of Annapolis, Md, a man who has professed his hatred for Jews, has been charged in connection with the June attack on the U.S. Holocaust Museum.

The attack resulted in the death of Special Police Officer Stephen Tyrone Johns.

A seven-count indictment was handed down on Wednesday by a federal grand jury in Washington, DC. It charges Von Brunn with the murder of officer Johns along with related hate crime and gun charges for the June 10 attack, said Channing Phillips, acting U.S  Attorney for DC.

The indictment also charges Von Brunn with federal civil rights and hate crimes violations and District of Columbia Code offenses under the District’s murder, firearms and hate-crimes statutes for his alleged attack on the individuals inside the museum at the time of the shooting.

Von Brunn lived in Idaho in 2004. The state is home to the Neo-Natzi Aryan Nations movement. In online ramblings, Von Brunn blamed many of the world’s problems on Jewish conspiracies.

If convicted, Von Brunn faces a maximum sentence of life  imprisonment. Four of the counts in the indictment also are death penalty eligible, the department of justice said.

We’ll spend millions keeping him alive………..so we can sentence him to death……….

He’s virtually dead already………either way he gets free health care and all the food he can eat till he actually dies…..which will probably be of natural causes……….

What a waste of tax payer money…..
