Williams Lake man charged with second degree murder


WILLIAMS LAKE (Aug 4) Bradley William Sleeman, 26, of Williams Lake has been charged with second degree murder in the death of a 20-year-old.

Police said Ronald Bernard David, Jr. was suffering from serious injuries when they were summoned to Caribook Memorial Hospital on Aug. 2.He died shortly after arriving at hospital.

The injuries were suffered during an altercation near Carson Drive in Williams Lake.

Sleeman is expected to make a court appearance this week.

Police did not say what sparked the fatal altercation.

  1. Ronnie was a good man who DID NOT DISERVE THIS!! I can’t believe he is gone it hurts all of us so much! He was everyone’s best friend cause thats just how great he was! A loving father brother cousin boyfriend son family member Friend! not a day goes by my prayers arent with him an his family! Miss him so much I hope that BOY goes to jail for LIFE no BOY should ever be set free after taking a life specially a good man’s life!
