She was only 19yrs old, I moved to the downtown eastside just to be close, I still stop girls on the street, thinking that It might Kandace and they were wrong, but it never happens. This monster lives blocks away from me, I constantly watch for him wherever I go, I just cant believe that the criminals have more rights than the victims and their families.
