Toronto man wanted for child sex attack

TORONTO – Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in the hallway of an apartment building.

Police said the girl was attacked in an apartment building near Ellesmere Road and Morningside Avenue at 6 p.m. on Saturday.

Police are looking for Kandeepan Poopalasingham, 34, of Toronto.

He is described as brown-skinned, 5′7″, 170 lbs., with black hair.
