Man gunned down in Toronto’s sixth murder


TORONTO – A 30-year-old man has become the sixth murder victim of the year in Toronto.

Police said they went to Jane Street and Trethewey Drive area at around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday over a report of shots fired and located a man who was dead at the scene.

“The victim has been identified as Glenn Lowe, 30, of Toronto,” said Toronto Police spokesman Tony Vella. “A post?mortem examination is to be scheduled.”
