One also needs to wait for ever for Ismaili leaders to act. They have yet to learn the lessons of history where similar sects were formed and separated from mainstream Ismailis – taking a few with them. It is far better to oust these people from the community because the longer they stay, the more bitterness will happen.

People like alnaz and Nagib should not be considered ismailies for doing such a wrong thing to the Imam. They should be removed from the Ismaili community and hurting the Imam’s feelings by claiming forging his signature and lying about not doing such thing in selling the books of firmans. This is a wrong doing in front of the Imam.

You seem to be privy to information which I am not when you say that the case is over & I know it.

Nagib’s of 4th Jan is not asking for permission for a second time. It says they are seeking guidance on the project and further guidance on other books of farmans of earlier Imams.

If they were seeking permission they would then send a draft of the Book to the Imam and seek guidance to publish. not the book and the schadule of the project. Mr Bhaloo and Sachedina have agreed they received the draft of the 4th Volume in 1998.

Mr Gray must be clear on this. If not then there is no doubr he would have questioned Tajdin specifically and very closely in the cross examination and what Tajdin meant precisly in his letter to the Imam

Bloglaw: Hate to say this but I kill myself over and over by reading your postings. Most of the time they are utter nonsense. Every time I read your posting my head spins out of control and lands on the moon.

The following words keep rewinding in my head: “Why would any sane individual bother reading your posting any further?”

Don’t burden us with your defense of Alnaz and Nagib. Your false sense of obligation to Alnaz and Nagib is pathetic.

All lawyers are awesome story tellers and Alnaz fits in that category. He goes on and on, non stop on Heritage. My parrot, Abu also takes a breather from time to time but Alnaz continues with his nonsense. Tell him to save his energy for the Justice, practicing his defense on us is going to lead him no where.

Oh! I almost forgot. Courts needs proof, evidence to prove his theories. From my vantage point he has nothing to back his virtual nonsense.

You bet! The case is going to be resolved soon with heavy penalty enforced on the two “Notorious Defendants.”

There was nothing clear from the mehmani. My reference was to nagib’s claim that it was clear. And the subsequent point was if he feels he had permission, why ask for permission again after 18 years! Agree with you that there was no mention of the book during the mehmani and that allibhay’s affidavit favors the plaintiff.

I just wish to make sure we understand that there are also farmans where Imam has asked leaders to be responsible and we all (the non-leaders as well) are accountable at the same time.

Nagib, his farman publishing group, his websites, have for long been defying the official institutions and leaders. It would have been another thing if they had worked within the system instead of outside of it.

What they do not understand is that Imam has his priorities and these priorities reflects through the programs institutions develop for the community. Nagib and his team are insistent on defying Imam’s priorities by making their own (Farmans). Ultimately, they are arguing for their own preference of community’s religious education over and above Imam’s (which is set through IIS/ITREB).

What was clear from hearsay mehmani through allibhai? There was no discussion about a book..that is why Gray elected not to cross examine him since that affidavit favors the plaintiff and backs up the affidavit of the Aga Khan!
