		<description><![CDATA[In places where there are beaching of whales but no orcas, maybe the beaching is caused by a passing submarine that they perceive as a possible threat. If this is the case then are modern subs equipped to emit whale sounds that are of a friendly nature when encountering whales on there radar perimeter monitoring devices?]]></description>
