$25,000 in drugs seized at Port Perry residence

DURHAM – Cops arrested two drug dealers last week in a raid on a Port Perry residence, and seized some $25,000 worth of crack cocaine and hashish and $785 in cash.

William Zaparanuik, 34, of Simcoe Street, and Derek Elliott, 20, of Coryell Street in Port Perry were charged with possessing drugs for the purpose of trafficking.

Both men are being held in custody for bail hearings.
