Missing person Wen Kang sighted in Edmonton


RICHMOND, B.C – Wen Kang, a visitor from China reported missing by her husband and family since she arrived at Vancouver International Airport on January 2, is believed to be renting a room in Edmonton, Alberta.

She called them before leaving the airport to say she had arrived safely, but has not spoken with them since.

According to recent police information Kang, aged 44, asked a man in Edmonton for directions to the Chinese market near the West Edmonton Mall, where she may be renting a room with bed and breakfast.

Kang is described as 5’4″ tall, weighs 120 lbs, with dark brown shoulder length hair & brown eyes.
