Second degree murder charge in Jury Carpo homicide

TORONTO –A 40-year old man has been charged with second degree murder in the fatal stabbing on Saturday night of Jury Carpo,35, at an address on Victoria Park Avenue, Toronto.

The suspect, Dennis Aquino of Toronto, was arrested the following day and was to have faced charges at the Eglinton Avenue East court on Monday.
