Cops probing fatal shooting of 38-year-old Paul Fitzgerald Benn

TORONTO – Police would like to question a group of people who may have been with the victim prior to the fatal shooting last Friday night of 38-year-old Paul Fitzgerald Benn of Toronto near Cather Crescent, in the Allen Road/Lawrence Avenue West area.

Benn was admitted to hospital where he later of critical injuries.

A post?mortem confirmed death had been caused by multiple gunshot wounds.
