LINDSAY, ON – A former employee of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) has been charged with embezzling funds and other criminal offences.Last

Following a complaint to the Attorney General of Ontario, a probe was initiated into allegations involving the misappropriation of funds in the LCBO.

On Monday Francois Agostini, 58, of Toronto was charged with breach of trust, fraud, theft, forging and falsifying documents, possession of stolen property and money laundering.

Agostini will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Toronto on June 25.
