Suspect arrested in Evrod Gordon homicide

TORONTO – Ahmed Jama, 31, of Ajax , was charged with the murder of 48-year-old Evrod Gordon alias, Rockford, of Toronto after he turned himself in to the police on Friday.

Gordon died of a gunshot wound on September 17, 2011 at Clarendon Wild Flowers Restaurant and Bar on Birchmount Road.

Jama was to have appeared yesterday at Old City Hall court charged with second degree murder.
