Man, 47, charged with sexually exploiting a 13-year-old girl

TORONTO – A 47-year-old Toronto man has been arrested and charged for allegedly assaulting and sexually exploiting a young woman when she was 13 years old.

The alleged offenses which Martin Hyman is accused of occurred over a 10-year period between September 1990 and September 2000, variously at his home and place of employment.

Hyman was scheduled to appear in court at the Finch Avenue West court last Wednesday.

Police suspect other girls may have been victims.
