Mother suspected of abducting daughter


TORONTO – Toronto Police have appealed to the public for help in finding a young mother and her adolescent, missing since July 16th.
Veasna Heng, 31, allegedly abducted her 12-year-old daughter Dystani Heng, after a parental visit on July 16.

The two were last seen that same day in the Jane Street and Finch Avenue West area of the city.

The mother is described as 5’5” tall and weighs 100 lbs. Her daughter is described as 4’10” tall and weighs 90 lbs.

No other information has been released but police have expressed concern for their safety.
