Manslaughter charge against suspect in Invermere homicide
VANCOUVER, B.C. – Brian Thomas Panebianco, 23, who has been in police custody since July 19th on charges robbery, assault and breach of recognizance is now charged with manslaughter and criminal negligence in the death of Cory Jarock of Invermere, B.C.
Jarock, 23, was found dead on April 3rd in the driveway of an Invermere home where a house party had been held.
Panebianco was arrested in Randium, B.C. on July 19th. A court in Invermere charged him on July 25th with assault, robbery, and breach of recognizance relating to Jarock’s death. He was subsequently remanded into police custody until is appearance in court on September 11th.
